That divine conference was presided by Avatar of the age beloved Meher Baba. All participants were sitting on the ground floor on a spread carpet. The conference began after about midnight and was ended by four o'clock in the morning of 4 February, 1954.

There was open discussion on various points of spiritual matters and other things relating to the whole universe for present and for future. The participants concerned were discussing the matters loudly but their language could not be understood by the worldly persons. The participants of that divine conference were completely absorbed in the magnetic personality of beloved Meher Baba.

After completing of their discussions and finally deciding the problems, all the angels and other divine authorities and personalities had been directed by Baba to go back to their respective places and follow the instructions given to them by the Lord of the Universe for future conduct of the universe.
