Craig goes on to explain, "It is an expression of the momvement of inner life. Each one of the 411 entries that are collected here came unexpectedly. They came suddenly as intuitions, perceptions, observations and inspired praise. In those moments I foiund the substance of inner life surfacing during the course of daily duties. In sharing these moments within, I have expressed freely the content that was spontaneously deepening my awareness. These are personal expressions which I am sharing impersonally in the hope that my readers will find what is personal for them.
