The historian Charles Purdom interviews Meher Baba in London on April
8, 1932. Meher Baba dictates with the use of his alphabet board the following
message.
"My object in coming to the West is not with
the intention of establishing new creeds or spiritual societies and organizations. I see
the structure of all the great religions of the world toppling. The West is more inclined
towards the material side of things. I intend to bring together all religions and cults
like beads on one string and revitalize them for individual and collective needs. This is
My mission to the West." —Meher Baba
This powerful footage of Meher Baba feeding the God Intoxicated (Musts)
is a great treasure. Musts are souls who in their intense love for God
lose awareness of the (gross) physical world. Meher Baba spent many
years contacting these souls all over India. He said many of them assisted
Him in His spiritual work.
