How to send things to

We want to make Rainbow! a magazine for all of Baba's kids. We'll put in things we think you'll like, but it will be more fun to have things from you. Here are some ideas:

• Stories
• Photos
• Drawings

How do you send them to us?

Mail photos and things on paper to us at:

If you want us to send them back, please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope.

Sending us computer text and graphics files is a bit more complicated. You'll probably need a grownup's help. Show them these instructions:

• Save text files as "ascii" (plain text).
• Save graphics files as any of these types:
  • *.bmp (bitmap)
  • *.gif
  • *.jpg
  • *.pcx (PaintBrush)
  • *.tif
  • *.tga (targa)
• If you can attach text or graphics files to email, send them to Anne Giles at userview@atl.mindspring.com
• If you can't, you can copy the files onto a diskette and mail it to Annie's address above.

Some types of drawings on paper (particularly light pencil) are hard to scan, so use bold lines and colors!

Some day we hope to be able to include sound and animation (moving cartoon) files.
